Aeternum Software is a simple partnership under Art. 530 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. It is not entered in the commercial register and holds no UID.
Not registered for Swiss VAT (MWSTG Art. 10(2)(a)). No VAT is charged.
Responsible for this website
Aeternum Software is run jointly by the people named above. Both are jointly responsible for the content of this website within the meaning of Art. 322bis of the Swiss Criminal Code and Art. 3(1)(s) of the Unfair Competition Act (UWG).
Legal form and registration
Aeternum Software is a simple partnership under Art. 530 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). It is not a legal person: the partners are personally, jointly and severally liable, without limitation, for the obligations of the partnership (Art. 544(3) OR).
The partnership is not entered in the commercial register and therefore holds no Swiss business identification number (UID).
Aeternum Software is not registered for Swiss VAT. Annual turnover is below the CHF 100,000 threshold in Art. 10(2)(a) of the VAT Act (MWSTG). No VAT is shown on or charged in our invoices.
